Documents Required During the Admission Interaction(Mandatory):

Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the Child.

Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following) - Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child).

Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.

Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.

Adhaar Card/UID issued in the name of Both Parents.

Child's Adhaar Card.

Printout of School Registration Form filled online.

Medical Documentation and Certificate from a competent medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a special need child.

Two passport size photographs each of Parent and Child.
